The mark consists of A blue, yellow, and black outlined white octagon shape with a red ellipse with a black line surrounded by two smaller yellow ellipses and two red ellipses at each of the octagon's vertices and centered underneath the center vertice of the octagon is a black outlined circle filled with blue, yellow, and red swirls outlined in black, and a stylized white Chinese character Wushu outlined in black in the center of the circle and underneath the circle is a brown and black outlined left hand holding a yellow and black outlined bar and underneath the octagon shape is a white banner outlined in black with stylized black Korean symbols Shila, HwaRang, and Muyeh and on the bottom of the banner on each side are two small isosceles triangles with the points facing outward and a larger ribbon shape.
