The mark consists of On the left upper side there are five horizontal lines. The top line is intersected by two solid circles. The second line is intersected by three solid circles. The third line by five solid circles, with one circle larger than the other four. The fourth line is intersected by four solid circles, with one larger than the others. The fifth line is has two solid circles on each end. Below all the lines is a solid circle. The literal elements are below and to the right of the lines/circles. The letter "O" has been replaced with a power on/off symbol. It is a circle with part of the arc, on top, removed with a line going part way into the circle. The letter "A" is gold, while the rest of the letters are navy blue.
