The mark consists of a decorative seal featuring the word "ZAPSONS" in capital letters at the top within a banner. The lettering of "ZAPSONS" appears in a dovetail formation, with the first three and last three letters positioned higher than the "S". Below the banner appears a capital letter "Z" within a circle. To the left is a circle within which there is an ancient-Greek style building featuring eight columns below a triangular façade, with a statue of a human in front of the building. There are steps leading up to the statue and the building. To the right of the circle with the "Z" is a rectangle featuring the image of a shoreline and trees. Below the circle with the "Z" is a smaller circle resembling a sun with rays radiating from it and a fleur-de-lis in the middle. These elements are positioned on top of a decorative background featuring floral elements and curved and concave lines Below this appears a design featuring crosses curved lines with a rectangular shape below and a diamond shape below, flanked by curved lines of laurel leaves going out to the left and the right and with a small crown above the rectangle. All of the foregoing appears within a larger rectangle with undulating lines in the background. The border of the rectangle is comprised of series of half-circles jointed together.
