The mark consists of This is bear with a black outline standing on its hind legs that are spread apart. The bear has his mouth open as if he is growling while he is looking out. There is a large horseshoe with small holes in the horseshoe that is up near the bears snout and crosses down on the right side to his paw. This horseshoe appears behind the bear and then opens up to the edge. There is another horseshoe with small holes in it that circles behind and in front of the bear's left hind leg while the bear is standing. There are white stars and blue background colors across the top half of the bears shoulder and head. There are two stars on the bears face by his snout that are white. The remainder of bear and background are red and white distressed stripes with some black. The bear has claws on his feet. The horseshoes are black. The bear is shaded with back and white, red stripes and blue stars.
