The mark consists of the word "CoAssist" with a graphic design located to the slightly to the right of the word, and slightly above the horizontal centerline of the word. The graphic design consists of a top portion, a center portion, a left portion, a right portion, and a bottom portion. The top portion is a circle located slightly above, but not touching, the center portion. The center portion consists of a square having a width that is equal to the diameter of the top portion. The bottom portion is located underneath, and just touching, the center portion. The bottom portion has a width that is equal to the width of the center portion. The bottom portion extends downward from lower edge of the square forming the center portion. The bottom portion has an arcuate lower terminus end with a radius equal to one half the bottom portion width. The left portion extends to the left of the center portion, and has an arcuate left terminus end with a radius equal to one half the left portion width. The right portion extends to the right of the center portion, and has an arcuate left terminus end with a radius equal to one half the right portion width. The left portion and the right portion each have a height equal to the height of the center portion.
