The mark consists of A rectangular shape overall. On the left half of the rectangle is a large uppercase letter 'R' in bold block font, immediately above an uppercase 'OF' in a slightly smaller size of the same bold block font. On the right half of the rectangle is the phrase 'Victory Defeat Style & Swagger' in a stylized font, with each word appearing on its own line across four total lines of font. There is a thick vertical line dividing the left side of the rectangle from the right side of the rectangle, such that the 'ROF' appears to the left of that vertical line, and 'Victory Defeat Style & Swagger' appears to the right of that vertical line.
