The mark consists of the letters spelling the word "FOREVER" in which the left side of the letter "F" extends downward to form a point suggesting a fang shape and the right lower element of the letter "R" extends downward to form a point suggesting a fang shape mirroring the fang shape of the letter "F", and a graphic representation of a snake, its body extends rightward coiled around a portion of the word "FOREVER" in which the head of the snake faces mostly rightwards with its right eye visible in the foreground and jaws agape, tongue extended and upper fangs exposed, having its head positioned directly above the letters "F" and "O" and showing a first coiled portion of its body below the letters "O" and "R" extended further between the first letters "R" and "E" partly obscuring the letter "E", the body of the snake extended hidden to a second coil shown below said letter "E", and following letter "V" and final letter "E" partly obscuring the final letter "R" and then shown hidden behind the final "R" to a coiled tail portion wound leftwards in front of the fang shape lower portion of the final letter "R" said tail portion hooking downward at its distal end.
