The mark consists of a capital "R" with the downward part of the angled leg of the "R" forming one half of a lower case "x" to the right and lower than the "R" next to the numbers "360" with the angled leg circling numbers "360" and a stylized global with an arching curved line reaching from the right of the "R" to the inside of the angled leg, with all the foregoing centered over the words "Joint Audit Program" with initial capital letters and the letters forming the words "Joint Audit" being thicker than the word "Program".
