The mark consists of The mark consists of two faceted fixed blade knives with inward curved handles arranged diagonally with the blades facing the top of the mark and angled inward towards each other with the tips of both blades touching. The handles are angled away from each other at the bottom of the mark and form a bracket inside which are the letters CMC written in stylized font. Below this and included inside the brackets formed by the handles are the words Edged Weapons in the same stylized font. Blades and handles on the mark show stippling to add shading.
