The mark consists of PROPERTY ONION in white on a blue banner above the word ACADEMY in blue, a laurel extending from under the words upwards in blue, centered above the words and between the laurels two corintian columns topped by a horizontal lintel in blue, there-between the columns a book open to two turquoise pages with an image of a house there-between and rising up there-from, on top of two more blue pages and in front of a blue circle situated behind the house.
