The mark consists of 13 stripes. Seven gray stripes and six white stripes equaling 13 stripes in all. On the left side of each white stripe there is a thin bordering stripe consisting of three colors; blue, orange, and green. The first white stripe the thin bordering stripe is blue, on the second its orange, on the third it's green, on the fourth it's blue, on the fifth it's orange, and on the sixth it's green. All stripes are vertical.
