The mark consists of the three-dimensional trade dress / nonfunctional product design of an articulated, seamed, cast glass sphere pendant with a frosted core for which the following primary distinctive features are claimed: the sphere comprising two distinct hemispheres that are adhered to each other; each hemisphere having a crater shape, with an outer rim that is higher than the middle and a convex meniscus radius along the edge; each hemisphere having interior bubbles in a varied number and pattern; each hemisphere having a non-smooth, non-uniform surface texture; each hemisphere having a frosted cylindrical void; when the two hemispheres are adhered together, an eyebrow-shaped void is created in between the two spheres, giving the piece a distinctive watery optical quality; the convex meniscus edge of the two hemispheres coming together forming a horizontal seam; and the frosted cylindrical void within each sphere, when adhered together, housing a lamp.
