The mark consists of a square picture representation within a frame with black borders having curved corner edges and an extension at the top middle including the top of a Christian cross present therein with the remaining portion of the cross below and within the square frame, said cross in black with white outlines, the picture being of two figures turned with their backs and a male figure with a left arm at a downward angle and in front of a female figure which covers the bottom right of the male figure with the female figure having a ponytail and the figure shown from low shoulders upward, both figures colored in black with white colorations interspersed for definition of clothing, the male and female figures present on a light blue colored ground area in the bottom half of the picture leading upward to an aqua blue colored horizontal irregularly shaped strip of ground leading upward to a royal blue colored horizontal irregularly shaped strip of higher ground leading to an upper third navy blue horizontal irregularly shaped strip of sky.
