The mark consists of a circle outline. Inside the circle across the bottom is a line designed as a waves. Below the line is solid like water and along the bottom curve reads 'LONG BEACH, NY 11561'. Above the water is a muscular fish flexing one arm and extending the other arm out. The fish also had a mohawk. Going above and around the fish is a circular outline. In the space between the circular outline and the main outline following the curve clockwise reads 'SILLY KILLIE BAIT COMPANY EST. 1970', there is a hook before the words and a crab after the words. At the bottom of the logo outside the main outline following the curve reads 'SILLYKILLIE.COM'.
