Above the letters "RU" and "TH'S" in the word "RUTH'S" is a horizontal black line. Below the a portion of the letters "R" and "s" in the word "RUTH'S" is a horizontal black line. Above the top horizontal black lines is a series of vertical black lines which define a mostly white seal image. Surrounding the foregoing is a pair of concentric dashed black line circles. Partially surrounding the foregoing are eight red arcs positioned above and below two red circles which are disposed at opposite sides of the mark.
