The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle seen from multiple angles. The cap and upper neck of the bottle is red with a gold band at the top and bottom. Position on the neck are area just above the lower gold bank is the signature "JAMES BURROUGH" in gold with a thin gold strip that is placed in a diagonal that extends from the lower left of the neck to the upper right of the neck. The top of cap is in gold and has two red circles with the letter "B" in red in the center and with a red staff going from the top left of the letter "B" to the lower right of the letter "B". In between the two circles are the words "BEEFEATER BEAFEATER". The front and back of the bottle have a vertical rectangular beveled indentation with the word "BEEFEATER" embossed in the flat surface area of the indentation. The sides of the both have a flat surface and the bottom of the bottle has dimpling that that creates a perimeter.
