The mark consists of a blue line forming a partial circle with an angled diagonal blue line bisecting the partial circle and extending beyond the blue circle line and separated in the middle by a smaller blue circle design with a white M in the center surrounded by red; the top half of the bisected circle is red with arched wording "MONACO" appearing in white close to the outer circle border with white edging between the red and the blue; and the bottom half of the bisected circle is white with arched wording "MARINE" in blue; below the entire circle design is the wording "yachtcarenetwork" with the letters "yachtcare" in blue and the letters "network" in red.
