The mark consists of Gold colored horizontal rectangle with four rounded beveled edges and straight sides. Inner center portion of logo contains the letters OCELOT (in the order from left to right). These letters are sized at one third the height of the logo vertically, and has one eighth of the image of open none lettered space on both sides of the combined word OCELOT). Of these letters, the inner side of the letter O contains the shape of an ocelot animal in the center of the letter. The ocelot animal in the center of the letter O is a two dimensional side view image, is a creamy tan color, is visually comprised of the neck to the entire head of an ocelot animal, is facing neck side on the left towards nose side on the right, and consists of two ears on the top of the ocelot animal image (the inner portions of these ears are gold color with a simulated gold foil appearance), one gold colored eye (with a simulated gold foil appearance) near the middle right side of the ocelot animal, a curved gold colored (with a simulated gold foil appearance) jaw line shape near the middle of the ocelot animal that runs horizontally and is positioned below the ears and above the bottom of the ocelot animal image. The rest of the letter O outside of the ocelot animal image is filled in, and consists of the same gold color with a simulated gold foil appearance effect that makes up parts of the ocelot animal image, in addition to the remaining letters CELOT in the logo. The remaining letters of the logo, all consist of a gold color, with the simulated appearance of gold foil. All space between the horizontal gold rectangle (described above) and the letters within the rectangle consists of a pure solid white color.
