The mark consists of a blue inner circle within which is centered a gray outline of a plus sign with rounded edges and a blue interior; on the outside of the plus sign between the top arm and the right arm are a small, convex gray line and a second, longer gray convex line; around the perimeter of the blue circle is a gray band within which the word CROSSROADS is curved on the top in dark gray letters and the word TELEMEDICINE is curved on the bottom in dark gray letters; there is a gradient in the gray band that is darker at the bottom and fades to lighter at the top; surrounding the perimeter of the gray band is a thin, circular blue band.
