The mark consists of the words "Golden Grace Cakes" in bold, capitalized print against a textured (glitter) background. Those 3 words are in an arch formation, hovering above the middle logo. The logo consists of 5 layers; a middle circle surrounded by 4 graduated circles. Circle #1 (middle circle): A silhouette of a hollowed-out spoon and fork is enclosed in a solid circle. Circle #2 and #3 are both solid rings around the inner spoon/fork (circle #1), graduating in size.
