The mark consists of two concentric circles surrounding a central shaded circle of about half a diameter of the concentric circles; a chevron shape representing a tone-arm of a record player traverses the concentric circles from an upper-right quadrant outside the concentric circles to a point adjacent a right side of the shaded circle; two ovals having a major dimension of approximately one third of the diameter of the shaded circle and a minor dimension of approximately one seventh of the diameter of the shaded circle are positioned with vertical major dimensions at left and right halves of the shaded circle, both ovals are surrounded by a clear band and then a black band to represent eyes; a thinner upward-facing arc lies between lower portions of the ovals to represent a smile; the words "FRIED EGG" are printed in a curved area above the shaded circle and the words "I'M IN LOVE" are printed in a curved area below the shaded circle, all words lying with the outer concentric circles.
