The mark consists of a phoenix eagle is displayed facing to the right. Wings are spread open horizontally. The eagle's top left quadrant is filled in with white stars on a blue background with the remaining three quarters of the eagle carries alternating red and white stripes that can be viewed as the eagle being filled by the center of the American Flag. Encircling the eagle is a band made with two black circles with the word OPERATION centered above the eagle and curving around the top of the band and the word EXPOSE centered and curving along the bottom of the band. The inner circle of the band is broken at 45 degrees and 315 degrees by the wings of the eagle. The band has five black stars centered vertically on the left side of the band as well as five black stars centered vertically on the right side of the band which can be viewed as giving the effect of an official seal.
