The mark consists of the letters in the logo underneath the lotus flower with image of a woman's face in the middle of logo with two circles above the flower: R is for Rising, A for Above, C for Cultural, E is for Expectations and a period in between capital letter. The full name under the initials: Rising Above Cultural Expectations. The shaded pattern starts from the bottom of R.A.C.E through the flower to the top of the circles above the flower. The same shade does exist in the eye lashes. The middle of the flower leaf swoops down to make an ear ring for the woman in the center of the flower.
