The mark consists of a shark body that is bent as to appear its in the shape of the letter 'C' but the shark is just a shark on the logo and is not the letter C. The shark has 6 lines on its side, representing its gills with an open mouth with teeth showing; a fin on the top of the shark; two (2) small fins underneath the shark toward the tail end; the tail end of the shark is bent as if the shark has changed direction before the tail had a chance to change direction. 2. The word finness is written to the lower right side of the shark. 3. The word "FINNESS" is in all capital letters; the word ''FINNESS' HAS DIFFERENT LETTERING, for example, the 'F' in FINNESS-HAS NO LINE DOWN, JUST THE TWO LINES GOING ACROSS . THE 'i' in "FINNESS" is a shark fin instead of an " i". THE "E" in "FINNESS" has no line going up or down, just three lines going across. The two (2) N's and two (2) S's "FINNESS" ARE REGULAR (N's) and (S's).
