RAISE High Road Restaurants conducts outreach, education, and training, and provides peer engagement, services, and support for restaurant employers who are interested in taking the 'high road' to profitability, i.e. higher wages and increased equity. RAISE also conducts consumer outreach and education to support these 'high road' restaurants, and engages both the 'high road' restaurant members of RAISE and consumers who support them in advocacy for policies that raise wages and increase equity in the industry
