The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a medical device, namely an inhaler for dispensing medications. The inhaler is rectangular in shape with a chimney shaped tube at the top that juts out beyond the rectangular body with a blunt arrow shaped cap at the end. The top is comprised of a white chimney shaped tube that tapers outward on both sides, the cap at the end is lavender. The chimney shaped tube sits atop a white colored flat rectangular shape that tapers outward. The bottom is comprised of a clear lavender rectangle that sits between white strips that cover three quarters of the long sides of the rectangle with a lavender arrow shaped cap at the end. The sides are comprised of a white rectangle with rounded edges. Atop the white rectangle sits a flat tube which juts out beyond the white rectangle with a lavender cap. The white rectangle is surrounded by clear lavender which is thicker at the back end and the top of the backend. The front of the configuration is comprised of a clear lavender rectangular shape on the bottom with a lavender hat shaped cap on top. The back of the configuration is comprised of a clear lavender square. Atop the square is another smaller square, the bottom of which is lavender and the top of which is white. Three quarters of the sides of the lavender square are surrounded by a white strip which also covers the top of the square and the smaller top square.
