The certification mark, as used by authorized persons, certifies that the person displaying said mark has completed educational course work requirements of the certifier, has demonstrated requisite knowledge by passing an examination administered by the certifier, has agreed to adhere to the certifier's standards for professional conduct and responsibility, completes continuing education and other post-certification requirements as administered by the certifier, and is competent at integrating benefits and programs unique to military and veteran families into comprehensive financial plans.
