The mark consists of a shaded black circle, inside of which is the unshaded white lined design of an equilateral triangle, with an unshaded white horizontal line intersecting with the top third portion of the triangle. The centered equilateral triangle is a large size where the three points of a triangle touch the shaded black circle. The long horizontal line with pointed ends does not extend long enough to touch the shaded black circle. Toward the bottom of the triangle is an unshaded white teardrop design, inside of which is a shaded black circular dot. The bottom portion of the teardrop creates a shaded black area in the center where it intersects with the base-line of the triangle.
