The mark consists of on top of the wording "Veterans United National Consortium" is the American Eagle with his wings spread and his claws are ready to come in for a landing (or capture his prey). There are three stars above his head with the middle star being slightly higher than the ones on either side. The eagle is in front of a hanging banner representation of the flag, with 5 solid stripes pointing downward and the middle strip is directly below the eagles' tail feathers. Also, the wingspan goes beyond the hanging banner by about half on each side in a slight upward movement.
