Providing user authentication services using blockchain-based software technology for cryptocurrency transactions; Providing on-line non-downloadable computer software for use as a cryptocurrency wallet; Providing temporary use of non-downloadable web-based decentralized applications (DApps) for creating and modifying digital tokens (including without limitation fungible and non-fungible tokens) that include conditions to their operations such as restrictions on transfer or unwrapping, or retransfer upon a condition, and enforcing those conditions, and for allowing users to specify both initial conditions and later to add conditions as well as to fractionalize the digital tokens, which fractions can, in turn, each be specified with additional conditions, and for tracking and confirming the data necessary to determine if the conditions are or are not satisfied, and for tracking data regarding the credit risks/likelihood of satisfaction of a condition placed on the digital tokens, and for providing ratings of these risks and likelihoods, and for using such digital tokens for purposes such as factoring, bartering and/or as negotiable instruments, as well as combining the tokens with digital rights to insurance or derivatives that transfer with the token and offset the risks of the conditions on the token's operations
