The mark consists of the two words skinny and ass which appear to the right of a drawing of a donkey (ass). The word skinny is above the word ass and it extends to the left over the rump and back of the donkey (ass). The right hand side of the word ass lines up directly under the right hand side of the word skinny and the right side is generally at the same level as the donkey's (ass) right side rump. The donkey (ass) is a line drawing of a donkey (ass) with its rear end facing the viewer of the mark. Its back legs and feet are spread apart and the donkey's head and neck are turned looking back at a viewer of the mark. Its right front leg is slightly crossed over to the left of in front of its left front leg. The donkey's (ass) face bears a smile showing its teeth and its eyes are wide open. The facial features engendering a sense of the donkey's (ass) surprise or possibly inebriation.
