The mark consists of the stylized letters "DMI" in black, superimposed over a four sided rhombus shape in yellow with a black outline. A thin white void separates the black outline from the solid yellow inside the shape. The top of the letters D and I extend past the outline of the rhombus. Situated directly below the letters are the words "Paving & Sealcoating" in black which over lay and extend past the outline on either side of the shape.
