beach club services, namely, providing a membership club with beach and pool swimming facilities and providing facilities for recreation activities, all of the foregoing services rendered only on or adjacent to the premises at Applicant's hotels; health club services, namely, providing instruction and consultation in the field of physical exercise, all of the foregoing services rendered only on or adjacent to the premises at Applicant's hotels; providing use of exercise equipment, all of the foregoing services rendered only on or adjacent to the premises at Applicant's hotels; providing fitness and exercise facilities, all of the foregoing services rendered only on or adjacent to the premises at Applicant's hotels; country club services, namely, providing tennis, swimming, fitness, recreational, social function and beach access facilities, all of the foregoing services rendered only on or adjacent to the premises at Applicant's hotels
