Is an exercise program that gets knee replacement patients ready for successful transition after surgery. It's designed to build strength in the legs and core so that when knee is replaced the recovery is easier and takes less time. Taught by what OTH PT called "Poster Boy of Pre-Op Preparation", Ray Callahan, this course provides a 30, 60 or 90 day program of guided exercises, stretches and yoga. The course included PDF's of exercises, flow charts, equipment suggestions and provides a balanced approach including recommendations for meal prep, lifestyle reboots as well as follow up. Included is a video library demonstrating all the exercises and explanations of how they should be done. You can choose from the whole exercise regime or go Ala Cart and choose each exercise alone. We recommend you do all or most of the exercises for balanced strength. There are sections on Pre Op along with Post Op and continuing exercise plans. Specimens
