The mark consists of a rectangular mark with two lines of text. The first line reads, "Smile Kingdom" in blue proprietary font. The second line reads, "DENTAL", in all caps and in blue proprietary font. To the immediate left of the two lines is a gold shield starting at the bottom curve of the "S" next the word "Smile" and ending at the bottom of the "D" in the word "DENTAL". There is a bronze border along the inside of the gold shield, with thicker edges alongside the right bottom half of the shield. A wavy blue banner is positioned across the middle to the top right corner of the gold shield bearing the words "Smile Kingdom" in gold "Crazy Harold font", resembling a crest. Below the banner near the bottom corner of the gold shield are the words "Dental" in bronze "Crazy Harold font" font. A caricature of a smiling green dragon is perched on the top of the shield with the two front limbs gripping the top of the blue banner, and the two back legs and toes gripping the top of the shield. The dragon's head is smaller than its body and has a beak-shaped mouth with nostrils on the outside. The dragon has blue oval-shaped eyes, two thick raised eyebrow arches and two curled ears that sit right above the eyebrow arches on each side of the dragon's head. The dragon also has two curved horns on the top of its head. Going down the lower exposed portion of the dragon's spine are four spiked vertebrae of various sizes. On the dragons back near the largest spiked vertebrae are two large wings that are raised as if the dragon is prepared to take flight. The wings are colored light green, and have two wing veins in dark green on each side. To the right bottom edge of the gold shield below the dragon is a portion of the dragons tail hanging in mid-air. The tail has a color block of white and green. The entire mark has a translucent background that creates a rectangle around the mark.
