The mark consists of a black circumplex image that is divided into eight slices and three tiers. Beginning at the top of the circumplex, the eight slices of the circumplex are labeled (moving clockwise) "Talent Pipeline", "Professional Development", "Company Alignment", "Business Effectiveness", "Collaboration", "External Focus", "Belonging" and "Systems". These 8 labels are in white font with a black background. The "Talent Pipeline" and "Professional Development" slices of the circumplex appear in red. The "Company Alignment" and "Business Effectiveness" slices of the circumplex appear in green. The "Collaboration" and "External Focus" slices of the circumplex appear in yellow and the "Belonging" and "Systems" slices of the circumplex appear in blue. At the center of the circumplex appears a small circle in black with the words "ERG MISSION" written in white letters. Within the circumplex are three tiers which are labeled "Tier A", "Tier B" and "Tier C". These tiers are in black letters within a gray oval and appear within the circumplex in the top center. On the outside of the circumplex are four words. These words are in black letters against a gray background and appear in each corner of the image. At the top left corner appears the word "CULTURE", at the top right corner appears the word "CAREER", at the lower left corner appears the word "COMMUNITY" and at the lower right corner appears the word "COMMERCE".
