The mark consists of a three-dimensional product configuration consisting of the shape of a conical pyramid with a larger diameter at the base and a smaller diameter at the top; the bottle is colored green, with two horizontal bands of dark green, one at the top and one at the bottom; within each of the dark green bands appears the stylized white wording NUNCAMIENTE TEQUILA REPOSADO; the bottle is topped by a brown wooden disc; the body of the bottle, between the two horizontal dark green bands is formed by three sections, with the upper and lower portions comprising geometric patterns formed by a raised surface on the bottle, and the middle portion comprising a design of agave plants, birds, and flowers, formed by dark green line drawings filled with green and light green patterns; these designs of agave plants and flowers extend to wrap around the rear portion of the bottle so that they almost touch from both sides, encompassing about 80% of the circumference of the bottle.
