The mark consists of a circular carrier having a center portion comprising a white background with a black border on which appears a design of a black bear with white highlights on fur and teeth; the outer portion of the circle comprises a red background with an inner tan border, an outer tan border, and a black border on the outermost part of the circle; curving around the top area of the red portion of the circle appears the tan stylized wording "CRAFTED WITH" in smaller white letters with two small tan rectangles on each side of the wording, above "100% WHOLE GRAINS" in larger white letters, with a tan wheat head curving along each side, at midpoint left and right. Across the bottom of the circular carrier appears a rectangular carrier with rounded ends and a curved bottom in the color black with tan and black border lines; within the rectangular carrier appears the white wording "KODIAK" in larger font. The word "PARK" in smaller tan letters is displayed to the left of the word "KODIAK," while the word "CITY" in smaller tan letters is displayed to the right of the word "KODIAK." Two screws in black and white connect the rectangular carrier with rounded ends and a curved bottom to another rectangular carrier in tan with a brown outline and containing brown flecking, with a depiction of a side view of three bears in the color brown. The rectangular carrier also contains the stylized wording CUBS in the color white, with a brown outline.
