The mark consists of a circle whose center overlaps a thick solid rectangular line. Above the thick solid rectangular line and within the circle is the word "Lefty's" written in stylized font. Within the thick solid rectangular line are the words "PIZZA KITCHEN" in printed all capital letters. Resting just above the bottom half of the circle below the thick solid rectangular line and following the curve of the circle is a silhouette of the city of Chicago's skyline with four stars imprinted on top of the silhouette. Underneath the bottom of the circle's outline and following the curve of the circle are the words printed in all capital letters within quotation marks "HOME OF THE CARMELIZED CRUST". Centered below the words "HOME OF THE CARMELIZED CRUST" is the outline of two wings separated in the middle by cursive capital letters "JM". Directly above the cursive capital letters "JM" is a horizontal oval. Between the cursive M and the wing on the right is a small solid heart shape.
