The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle comprising: an ornate and realistic depiction of a female siren with a crown upon her head, long flowing hair covering her chest, a bare torso leading to a scale-covered tail fin, the fin being partially obscured by the base of the bottle and wrapping around said base so that the tail portion is visible from the front, holding a downward-facing trident in her right hand and with her left hand against her body, atop a pedestal base with a circular bottom portion.
