The mark consists of a circle comprised of 14 wedges, each being a different color. From the top of the circle going clockwise, they are red, orange, yellow, light green, dark green, sea green, dark aqua, light blue, dark blue, dark purple, light purple, fuchsia, dark pink, and light pink. Each wedge is contained with in a dark blue circle, with the exception of the orange, light green, dark green, light blue, dark purple, and light pink wedges, which extend beyond the dark blue circle. 28 additional wedge shapes appear outside of the dark blue circle, with every other one being approximately twice as long. From the top of the circle going clockwise, these wedges are dark green, dark blue, dark aqua, light green, dark blue, dark pink, dark purple, dark pink, light green, red, fuchsia, red, dark pink, orange, red, light green, red, dark green, orange, sea green, light green, sea green, dark green, dark green, sea green, dark aqua, dark green, and dark blue. An image of an eye in ivory with blue outlines appears in the center of all the aforementioned elements.
