The mark consists of three solid concentric circles wherein the outer most circle is white, the middle circle is light gray and the inner circle is white. Overlaying the three concentric circles are the white stylized words "ESTABLISHED 1996 HAYNES EXTERMINATING, INC". wherein the stylized words "ESTABLISHED 1996" are superimposed on a dark blue background with a white border which appears above the larger stylized word "HAYNES" superimposed on a dark blue background and beneath the center of "HAYNES" appear the stylized words "EXTERMINATING, INC" superimposed on a dark gray background, and a solid white border appears around the dark blue and gray background. The mark further includes two dark gray tapered arcs, wherein one tapered arc appears at the top of the inner white circle above the stylized words "ESTABLISHED 1996" and the other appears at the bottom of the inner white circle beneath the stylized words "EXTERMINATING, INC". The white background is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
