The mark consists of most of the logo is gold toned in 22 and 24 carat tones with full color tropical hued accents as described further below. At first from top to bottom the logo begins with a gold toned U shaped laurel wreath. Attached to the bottom center of this wreath is a hexagon medallion. The hexagon medallion and contents are all gold toned. Inside of the hexagon medallion is an image of a bee which is also gold toned. The bee wings are made to look like the letter B. The bee design is both a design element and used as an inference to a custom font for the letter B. The bee design and font element within the gold hexagon shape are the primary identifying brand marks. Next to this bee are two lines of text with the top line, Activ, and bottom line, Vegan. In total these aspects are implied to read B Activ Vegan which is the brand name. The font type name used for the text of Activ Vegan is Nexa. Resting on the bottom of the hexagon medallion are two green plant leaves. The leaves are directly above a row of three tropical colored fruits including violet berries, a pink watermelon sliced open, and a red berry. On the outside of the hexagon medallion are four corners which each have three gold toned tear drop shaped flourishes. The logo will sometimes also appear online and in print on a transparent background, a white color background, a dark color background, or other colors of backgrounds. However, these derivatives of background color do not change the overall commercial impression of the mark. The intended use of this logo mark is printed on labels, printed marketing goods, and online promotion.
