The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration comprising the product design in the nature of a tubular device for enclosing a skateboard wheels, having a four-lobed profile extending across its length, the lobes being equally spaced apart from one another creating visual symmetry about two cross-sectional planes. The space between the lobes includes a cut out in a generally rectangular shape with rounded corners, with two sides of the cut out substantially parallel to the lobes. The inside circular region shown in dotted lines is not part of the mark. Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark. The shading and contrast in the drawing are used to convey the three-dimensional character of the mark rather than an indication of color.
