The applicant seeks registration for its mark OLD STOVE PUB in the geographical area of the United States, exclusive of an area comprised of a radius of 100 miles from Seattle in the state of WASHINGTON or alternatively exclusive of an area comprised of the state of WASHINGTON. The existing U.S. Registrations with which applicant seeks concurrent use is Reg. Nos. 4989106 and 4983773, the applications for which was filed September 16, 2014 and April 8, 2014, long after applicant commenced use of its mark, which use was commenced by applicant in 1968, long before the dates of use claimed by the registrant and long before the filings of the registrant's applications.
