providing temporary use of secure, searchable, shareable, web-based software enabling individuals to store and transmit information relating to officer safety, public safety and crime management; providing temporary use of web-based software for monitoring, responding to, developing, disseminating, storing and tracking dispatch calls and bulletins; providing temporary use of web-based software for integration of warrants, parole information, sex offender information and databases, DMV information and databases, pawn databases and code enforcement; providing temporary use of web-based software for dispatch monitoring, namely, integration of data regarding emergency call information, suspects, victims, witnesses, vehicle information, nearby activities, related crimes and other relevant information; providing temporary use of web-based software for integration of data relating to police investigations; providing temporary use of web-based software for creation of intelligence products such as maps, bulletins, BOLO's and reports; providing temporary use of web-based software for provision of report templates and workflows; providing temporary use of web-based software for data integration and analysis of law enforcement investigations; providing temporary use of web-based software for delivery of public safety information, messages and investigative tools
