The mark consists of the letters "FML!" in bold, OldNewspaperTypes font appear on what appears to be a torn, square sheet of paper that's missing its very bottom and lower-right portions of the page (the Top Page). Underneath and seemingly behind the Top Page appear the words "FEMALE MUSIC LABEL!" in a smaller OldNewspaperTypes font repeating underneath as if the text appears on a second, Background Page. Portions of the repeating "Female Music Label!" text are clearly legible at the very bottom and lower-right portions of the Background Page. The remainder of the text on the Background Page appears to slightly bleed through the Top Page, above the apparent Paper-Tear, though the legibility of the bleeding-through background text is variable. The overall impression is that the torn Top Page with the "FML!" text is directly above a second Background Page that includes fifteen rows of the following text: "LE MUSIC LABEL! FEMALE MUSIC I" which is an interrupted pattern of the background "Female Music Label!" text missing the letters "FEMA" on the left side and part of the "L" of "LABEL" on the right side, and the only clearly legible portions of text on the Background Page appear below the apparent Paper-Tear across the very bottom and lower-right portions of the design.
