Rider 360, LLC- its our brand Rider360, LLC is a professional veteran-owned and operated, affordable, and values-based leadership coaching experience that uses a virtual platform to connect with youth throughout the United States. Rider360, LLC, at its core, is a leadership and character development program founded on the premise that anyone who chooses excellence and is willing to work hard will find success. We work with young men and women 13-19 years old to imagine their future, strengthen character, boost confidence and increase accountability so they can make the best choices in all aspects of their lives. Our "It's Your Ride" philosophy of coaching encourages our clients to take ownership of their ride, or journey, and to forge their path to success. Our unique 360 Advantage provides clients with feedback from multiple trusted sources to spur personal growth and strengthen character based on a range of perspectives that might not otherwise be shared. Rider360, LLC is a grassroots initiative designed to recruit clients through low-cost marketing campaigns that include referrals from the current client(s), website, select social media platforms, and word of mouth. Rider360, LLC will launch with one (1) experienced and Certified Coaching Federation (CCF) leadership coach, along with expert accounting and branding contractors. This is a family-owned business that will include the employment of Sabina C. Dooley, spouse to the Owner and CEO Scott R. Dooley
