The mark consists of the words "CREATIVE MINDS STUDIO" laid out in a stylized font, as part of an overall visual design comprising the shape of a light bulb. The upper "bulb" portion also resembles the outline of a human brain, with the interior contours resembling the brain's arteries, depicted to appear as if conducting energy or electricity, with various accentuated flashing points intending to evoke neurons "firing". The lower portion of the image lays out the words "CREATIVE MINDS STUDIO" as part of the shape of the bulb's "base", with "CREATIVE" and "MINDS" presented in a stylized "shimmery" font (and "MINDS" presented in a larger font size than "CREATIVE"). "STUDIO" is set out below in a smaller, concave, non-shimmery style. All three words are either underscored or adorned by stylized dots, dashes and shapes intended to fill out the shape of the bulb's base. Color is claimed as a feature of the Mark, with four colors displayed: (1) a gold shade comprises the outer contours of the Brain's outline and arteries, as well as the words and shapes forming the bulb's base; (2) a darker shade of yellow is also incorporated as part of the Brain's arteries, provides the outer contours of the brain's firing neurons, and the letters making up "CREATIVE", "MINDS" and "STUDIOS" as well as the adorning dots/dashes which together comprise the bulb's base; (3) a lighter shade of yellow is used for the interior of the brain's neurons in order to denote the neurons' "firing" effect; and (4) a thin dark grey outline comprises the outer edge of all components of the entire Mark. The background underlying the overall image of the Mark is not intended to denote a specific color (as it is intended to incorporate the color of whatever background the Mark is superimposed upon).
