The mark consists of the main design is a shield with two ice hockey sticks behind it; tops of the ice hockey sticks are crosses that are within the top handle of the ice hockey sticks. The bottom part of the front of the shield is ice hockey netting, which looks similar to a chain linked fence. At the top, there is an ice hockey puck with two stars on either side with the phrase "Semper Paratus Defendere", meaning 'Always Ready to Defend' and a starburst above it, which looks down on the shielded portion like a spotlight. Under the phrase, there are two stripes on the top left that symbolize the path or journey and is similar to a road that winds in an arch.
